M & M Property Services are situated in the heart
of Gravesend town centre, this flag ship office features
a prominent double fronted corner location which gives
the office the largest window display in Gravesend.
Nigel Miller, a local man himself, who has always ensured
that all members of the team are local people who know
and live within the area, established the company in
1982.
Our philosophy is simple, estate agency is an expertise
based on local knowledge, which area's are desirable,
what local schools are like, what types of property
are sought after, you have to live within an area to
know this.
Estate Agency is a people business, it's not one that
can be formularised, behind every move there is a personal
reason for it, a good estate agent has to appreciate
this, listen to a clients motivation and act on it.
As a local independent agent we know our area, and can
offer a personal service to each client, but in addition
to this we are also part of TEAM, an association of

Unlike large corporate estate agents, this means to

only will our buyers be offered the property but also
all TEAM agents will be able to offer your house to
their buyers. The incentive for this is that the office
that introduces the buyer will get a substantial amount
of the fee, at no extra cost to the seller. This is
unique to TEAM agents. Despite this obvious marketing
advantage our fees are still amongst the most competitive
in the town.
Ten years ago over 66% of our buyers were people already
living within the local area; today that statistic has
fallen to just 33%. Having offices across the whole
of the country is important, but our East London and
