Tenant Find Service £500 + VAT up to rent of £999 pcm (£600 gross)

£750 + VAT for rents of £1000 pcm - £1499 pcm (£900 gross)

£1,000 + VAT for rent of £1500 pcm and above (£1,200 gross)

 

Rent Collection Only Service 8% + VAT of gross monthly rent (9.6% gross)

Plus letting fee of £250 + VAT for rents up to £750 pcm (£300 gross)

Plus Letting fee of £375 + VAT for rents above £751 pcm (£450 gross)

 

Property Management Service 10% + VAT of gross monthly rent (12% gross)

Plus letting fee of £250 + VAT for rents up to £750 pcm (£300 gross)
